Rangers have completed the signing of Venezuela striker Kevin Kelsy from Portland Timbers and brought in Algeria winger Badredine Bouanani on a season-long loan from Stuttgart. Kelsy, 22, has signed a four-year deal with an option for another season after scoring 10 goals in 16 MLS appearances this year. Bouanani, 21, arrives looking for regular playing time after limited opportunities at Stuttgart. The moves take Rangers' summer additions to 14.

Rangers have signed 20-year-old South Korean winger Kim Min-su from Girona on a four-year deal with an option for another year. The forward, who spent last season on loan at Andorra, becomes Rangers' 12th summer signing as manager Derek McInnes looks to add pace, creativity and goals to the attack.

Manchester United midfielder Jacob Devaney has joined Hibernian on loan, with the Scottish club holding an option to make the transfer permanent. The 19-year-old Republic of Ireland U21 international returns to the Scottish Premiership after spending last season with St Mirren.

Celtic have signed 22-year-old attacking midfielder Mika Baur from Paderborn on a contract through 2030. The deal is worth an initial €5.25 million, with up to €2.75 million in bonuses, making Baur the most expensive sale in Paderborn's history after his breakout season helped the club earn Bundesliga promotion.

Celtic have completed the signing of Egyptian winger Haissem Hassan from Real Oviedo on a four-year contract with an option for another year. The deal is reportedly worth £6 million plus up to £3 million in add-ons. Hassan, who impressed at the recent World Cup, can play on either flank and is expected to add pace and attacking threat to Martin O'Neill's squad.

Kilmarnock have signed Rangers midfielder Bailey Rice on a season-long loan. The 19-year-old, who recently signed a new contract at Ibrox, joins Neil McCann's squad after making 16 senior appearances for Rangers. Rice said he is excited for the opportunity, while McCann praised the youngster's potential and challenged him to earn a regular place in the team.

Midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has joined Scottish Premiership champions Celtic on a short-term contract. The 30-year-old, who has been a free agent since leaving Besiktas in the summer, has signed a six-month deal with an option to extend. Oxlade-Chamberlain had been maintaining his fitness by training with Arsenal and said discussions with manager Martin O'Neill and coach Shaun Maloney convinced him the move was the right fit.

Rangers have made Tochi Chukwuani their first signing of the January transfer window, securing the 22-year-old Danish midfielder from Sturm Graz on a three-and-a-half-year contract for an undisclosed fee. Known for his tough tackling, pace, and versatility, Chukwuani has European experience, including a Europa League win over Rangers this season and Champions League appearances.
