Paris SG 1.2.13
David Beckham to play for PSG for free

David Beckham has joined Paris Saint-Germain and announced he will be playing for free. The 37-year-old midfielder has signed a five-month deal and will donate his salary to charity. The former England captain, who won the last of his 115 international caps in October 2009, had been pondering his next move since leaving Los Angeles Galaxy just before Christmas. Beckham is reunited at PSG with coach Carlo Ancelotti, under whom he played in 2009 during the first of two loan spells with Milan.

Paris SG 4.1.13
Lucas Moura joins Paris Saint-Germain

Paris Saint-Germain have completed the signing of Lucas Moura after the Brazilian put pen to paper on a five-year deal. PSG had reached an agreement Brazilian club Sao Paulo for the sale of the 20-year-old striker over the summer, but Lucas was set to finish the remainder of the Brazilian season before making the switch to Europe. PSG paid a club record €40m fee for Lucas as they seek their first Ligue 1 title since 1994.

Bastia 24.12.12
Bastia agree deal for Landreau

Bastia have announced the signing of goalkeeper Mickael Landreau on a deal until the end of the season. The 33-year-old was out of contract after leaving Lille by mutual consent on December 6 following an apparent falling-out with general manager Frederic Paquet. Landreau helped Lille win the league and Cup double two seasons ago and has played 11 times for France.

Paris SG 4.9.12
PSG confirm Van der Wiel signing

Paris Saint-Germain confirmed the signing of Dutch international right-back Gregory Van der Wiel from Ajax on a four-year contract. Sources close to PSG said that the fee for the 24-year-old will be around €6m. Van der Wiel played for the Netherlands during the European Championship earlier this year and has made 35 international appearances. He scored 12 league goals in 130 league games for Ajax. France's transfer window ends on Tuesday night.

Lyon 17.8.12
Milan Bisavec joins Lyon

Lyon have signed Serbian international defender Milan Bisevac from league rivals Paris Saint-Germain. It has been reported that Lyon have paid €2.8 million for the 28-year-old, who put pen to paper on a four-year deal. The centre-back joined PSG last season and made 19 appearances for the club. Capped 10 times for Serbia, Bisevac has also played for Valenciennes and Lens in France.

St.Etienne 14.8.12
Brandao makes Saint-Etienne switch

Saint-Etienne have confirmed the signing of striker Brandao on a two-year deal. The 32-year-old was a free agent after being released by Marseille at the end of last season. Brandao spent three years at Marseille, winning the Ligue 1 title in 2010, after a seven-year stint with Ukrainian giants Shakhtar Donetsk. He becomes Saint-Etienne's fourth signing of the summer, following the arrivals of Renaud Cohade, Francois Clerc and Romain Hamouma.

Paris SG 9.8.12
PSG land Lucas from Sao Paulo

Paris Saint-Germain have beaten Manchester United in the race to land Brazilian teenager Lucas Moura. The highly rated midfielder will join the French club in January on a contract running until July 2017. PSG did not disclose the transfer fee which has been widely reported by local media to be about €40m. Lucas, part of the Brazil Under-23 squad that has reached the final of the Olympic football tournament, has scored 14 goals in 58 league appearances for Sao Paulo following his debut in August 2010.

Lille 26.7.12
Lille confirm Sidibe capture

Lille have signed defender Djibril Sidibe from newly-promoted Ligue 1 club Troyes, opening the door for Mathieu Debuchy to join Newcastle. Sidibe, who helped Troyes win promotion to the top flight last season, turns 20 later this month and is a French under-20 international. He started 32 of Troyes' 38 league game last term, scoring once. Sidibe has agreed a five-year contract.

Lorient 23.7.12
Traore leaves Auxerre for Lorient

Auxerre's attacking midfielder Alain Traore has joined Lorient on a four-year contract. The 24-year-old Burkina Faso international, who once had an unsuccessful trial at Manchester United, had been at Auxerre for seven years. Traore enjoyed his most prolific campaign last term, scoring 9 goals in 27 games, but was unable to prevent Auxerre from being relegated to the French second division.

St.Etienne 20.7.12
Saint-Etienne snap up Caen midfielder Hamouma

Saint-Etienne have confirmed the signing of winger Romain Hamouma from Caen on a four-year contract. The 24-year-old scored 11 league goals in 63 games over two seasons for Caen, who were relegated to the second division last season. Hamouma joined Caen from Laval in 2010. Saint-Etienne also recently signed former France right back Francois Clerc from Nice.

Paris SG 18.7.12
Zlatan Ibrahimovic joins PSG

Paris Saint-Germain have signed Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, taking their summer spending to an estimated €100m. Ibrahimovic, 30, is the third major signing by the Qatari-owned club this summer, following the arrivals of former Milan teammate Thiago Silva and Napoli's Ezequiel Lavezzi. The Sweden international will be paid a reported €15m a year, making him the highest-paid player in France. Ibrahimovic was Serie A's top scorer last season, netting 28 goals as Milan finished runners-up to Juventus. PSG have also signed young Italian defensive midfielder Marco Verratti from newly-promoted Serie A side Pescara.

Paris SG 15.7.12
Thiago Silva signs 5-year deal with PSG

Paris Saint-Germain have announced the signing of Milan and Brazil defender Thiago Silva on a five-year contract, with the fee reported to be in the region of €42 million. The 27-year-old centre-back becomes the club's second high-profile signing from Serie A this summer after they snared Napoli's Ezequiel Lavezzi. Despite extending his stay at Milan until 2017 just 12 days ago, Thiago Silva leaves having made 93 Serie A appearances after signing from Fluminense in 2008, and helping Milan claim the Italian title in 2010/11.
