Garcia joins Breda on loan

Manchester City midfielder Manu Garcia has joined NAC Breda on loan until the end of the season. The 19-year-old spent the first portion of the campaign at Alaves, but made just one Cup appearance during his spell in Spain. Garcia made four appearances for Manuel Pellegrini's City in 2015/16, scoring his only senior goal to date in the League Cup victory over Crystal Palace. He has agreed a contract extension with City in December until 2020.

Odegaard joins Heerenveen on loan

Martin Odegaard has joined Heerenveen on loan from Real Madrid until June 2018. Odegaard, 18, was unveiled to the media on Tuesday after the Eredivisie club announced they had reached an agreement for his temporary transfer. The Norwegian attacking midfielder, who failed to break into Zinedine Zidane's senior squad, is eager to earn regular playing time and said: "I just want to say that I'm very happy and that this is an opportunity for me to show can I do. I'm very excited."

Chirivella loaned to Go Ahead Eagles

Liverpool midfielder Pedro Chirivella has joined Dutch side Go Ahead Eagles on a loan until the end of the season. The Spaniard joined the Reds' Academy from Valencia in 2013, and made his senior debut in a Europa League meeting with Bordeaux last season. Chirivella, 19, has since clocked up five first-team appearances, and penned fresh terms at Anfield in March.

Larsson joins NEC Nijmegen

NEC have announced the signing of striker Jordan Larsson, the son of former Sweden and Barcelona star Henrik, from Helsingborgs. The move sees the 19-year-old leave Helsingborgs, nearly two months after he was attacked by fans after their relegation from Sweden's top flight. His father stepped down as manager of the Swedish side following that result. Larsson has penned a three-and-a-half-year contract with the Eredivisie side.

Ajax sign Hakim Ziyech

Morocco international Hakim Ziyech has signed a five-year deal to join Ajax from Twente for a fee in the region of €11 million. The 23-year-old was reported to be on the radars of Everton, Arsenal and West Ham this summer. But the attacking midfielder told Ajax's official website he decided he wanted to remain in the Netherlands and pursue his goal of winning the Eredivisie title with the 33-time Dutch champions.

Krul joins Ajax on loan

Newcastle United goalkeeper Tim Krul has joined Ajax on a season-long loan after signing a new one-year deal with the Magpies. The 28-year-old Netherlands international has extended his contract with the Championship club until 2018. He has not played since last October when he ruptured the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee. Krul has joined Ajax after goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen moved to Barcelona to replace Claudio Bravo.

Wales striker Simon Church has left Dons to join Dutch club Roda for an unspecified fee. The 27-year-old had a year left on his Dons deal, but has signed a one-year contract with his new club with an option for another 12 months. Church scored six goals in 13 appearances during his spell with the Dons, having joined midway through last season.

Newcastle loan Siem de Jong to PSV

Newcastle United striker Siem de Jong has signed a season-long loan deal with for PSV Eindhoven. De Jong, 27, joined Newcastle from Ajax in 2014 but has only managed seven starts and 26 appearances in total for the club because of a series of injury problems. Approaching full fitness again now after picking up a hamstring injury in pre-season, he will link up at Eindhoven with his brother Luuk de Jong.

Moore joins Utrecht on loan

Arsenal defender Tafari Moore has joined Eredivisie side Utrecht on a season-long loan. The 19-year-old full-back spent most of the summer on trial with Utrecht and impressed enough to earn a deal. Moore made 15 appearances for the Gunners' development side last season. He has been with Arsenal since he was 12-years-old, and will now test himself in the top tier of Dutch football.

Traore signs for Ajax on season-long loan

Chelsea forward Bertrand Traore has moved to Ajax on a season-long loan. The 20-year-old made 10 appearances for Chelsea in the Premier League last term, scoring twice and contributing one assist. He returns to the Eredivisie for a second stint after previously spending 18 months on loan at Vitesse Arnhem. The Burkina Faso international has also signed a new three-year contract with Chelsea, the club added.

Berghuis joins Feyenoord on loan

Feyenoord have completed the season-long loan signing of winger Steven Berghuis from Watford. The 24-year-old made just 11 appearances for Watford after signing for the club from AZ Alkmaar a year ago and the Dutchman has been allowed to return to his home nation. Berghuis made three appearances for Netherlands after the end of the last Premier League season, starting games against Poland and Austria after making his debut against Republic of Ireland.

NEC sign Stefan Mauk

Australian midfielder Stefan Mauk has completed a move from Adelaide United to NEC Nijmegen. Mauk joins NEC on a three-year deal with the option for another year extension. The 20-year-old made his A-League debut for Melbourne City at the age of 17 before making the move to his hometown club in January this year. Mauk was a key figure in Adelaide's run to the A-League premiership and championship double.
