Wales striker Simon Church has left Dons to join Dutch club Roda for an unspecified fee. The 27-year-old had a year left on his Dons deal, but has signed a one-year contract with his new club with an option for another 12 months. Church scored six goals in 13 appearances during his spell with the Dons, having joined midway through last season.

Newcastle loan Siem de Jong to PSV

Newcastle United striker Siem de Jong has signed a season-long loan deal with for PSV Eindhoven. De Jong, 27, joined Newcastle from Ajax in 2014 but has only managed seven starts and 26 appearances in total for the club because of a series of injury problems. Approaching full fitness again now after picking up a hamstring injury in pre-season, he will link up at Eindhoven with his brother Luuk de Jong.

Moore joins Utrecht on loan

Arsenal defender Tafari Moore has joined Eredivisie side Utrecht on a season-long loan. The 19-year-old full-back spent most of the summer on trial with Utrecht and impressed enough to earn a deal. Moore made 15 appearances for the Gunners' development side last season. He has been with Arsenal since he was 12-years-old, and will now test himself in the top tier of Dutch football.

Traore signs for Ajax on season-long loan

Chelsea forward Bertrand Traore has moved to Ajax on a season-long loan. The 20-year-old made 10 appearances for Chelsea in the Premier League last term, scoring twice and contributing one assist. He returns to the Eredivisie for a second stint after previously spending 18 months on loan at Vitesse Arnhem. The Burkina Faso international has also signed a new three-year contract with Chelsea, the club added.

Berghuis joins Feyenoord on loan

Feyenoord have completed the season-long loan signing of winger Steven Berghuis from Watford. The 24-year-old made just 11 appearances for Watford after signing for the club from AZ Alkmaar a year ago and the Dutchman has been allowed to return to his home nation. Berghuis made three appearances for Netherlands after the end of the last Premier League season, starting games against Poland and Austria after making his debut against Republic of Ireland.

NEC sign Stefan Mauk

Australian midfielder Stefan Mauk has completed a move from Adelaide United to NEC Nijmegen. Mauk joins NEC on a three-year deal with the option for another year extension. The 20-year-old made his A-League debut for Melbourne City at the age of 17 before making the move to his hometown club in January this year. Mauk was a key figure in Adelaide's run to the A-League premiership and championship double.

Ajax confirm signing of Westermann

Ajax have strengthened their defence with the signing of Heiko Westermann on a two-year deal from Betis. The German centre-back moves to the Dutch giants on a free transfer despite having a year left on his contract in Spain. The 32-year-old started his professional career with Greuther Furth and also wore the jerseys of Arminia Bielefeld, Schalke and Hamburg before joining Betis in 2015. Westermann becomes Ajax's third signing ahead of the 2016/17 campaign following the arrivals of Davinson Sanchez and Mateo Casierra.

Feyenoord sign goalkeeper Brad Jones

Former Socceroos goalkeeper Brad Jones has joined Feyenoord on a one-year deal pending a medical. The 34-year-old free agent had been linked with an A-League move but has opted to remain in the Netherlands after a successful six-month stint with NEC Nijmegen. Feyenoord technical director Martin van Geel said Jones was in contention to play regularly, after number one Kenneth Vermeer suffered a year-ending Achilles injury earlier this week.

Feyenoord sign Jorgensen

Feyenoord have signed Danish international Nicolai Jorgensen from Copenhagen. The 25-year-old striker passed a medical on Friday afternoon before putting his signature to a contract that binds him to the club for the next five seasons. Jorgensen has played at Copenhagen for the past four years and had a year to run on his current contract in the Danish capital. The striker started his professional career at AB in his homeland before moving to Germany, where he represented Kaiserslautern and Bayer Leverkusen. Jorgensen netted 15 goals in 31 league matches last season, claiming seven assists, as Copenhagen won a league and cup double.

Marco van Ginkel joins PSV

Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel has joined PSV Eindhoven until the end of the season after cutting short his loan spell at Stoke City. Van Ginkel moved to the Britannia Stadium on a season-long deal last summer in search of first-team experience, but has since started just eight Premier League matches under Mark Hughes and was set to find his opportunities further limited by the arrival of Giannelli Imbula from Porto.

Par Hansson signed an 18-month contract with Feyenoord. The 29-year-old keeper, who has seven Swedish caps, arrives on a free transfer after spending 15 years for Helsingborgs. Feyenoord was looking for a new keeper after Warner Hahn picked up a knee injury that will keep him out for the rest of the season.
