Larisa 1.7 : Larisa have completed the transfer of Belgian striker Mbo Mpenza from Anderlecht. The Congo-born Mpenza has signed a two-year contract. Financial terms were not disclosed, but local media said the 32-year-old player's annual salary will be €300,000. Mpenza has also played for Standard Liege, Sporting Lisbon and Galatasary.

PAOK 29.5 : PAOK have secured the services of veteran Greek international goalkeeper Konstantinos Chalkias. The 34-year-old arrives on a two-year free transfer deal from league rivals Aris. Chalkias was named in Greece's EURO 2008 squad earlier this week.

AEK 20.5 : AEK Athens have signed Swedish international defender Daniel Majstorovic from Basel. The transfer fee was not announced, but the 31-year-old has left the Swiss champions to join AEK on a three-year contract. Majstorovic has scored one goal in 14 matches for Sweden and is expected to represent his country at EURO 2008.

Panathi. 2.2 : Manchester United striker Manucho will join Panathinaikos on loan for the rest of the season. Manucho, who is currently playing for his national team at the African Cup of Nations in Ghana, believes he will benefit from a loan spell in Greece.

Olympia. 29.1 : Olympiacos have signed defender Leonardo Jesus Geraldo from Brazilian second-tier side Portuguesa for an undisclosed fee. The 22-year-old left-back has put pen to paper on a five-year contract with the Greek champions. Leonardo is Olympiacos's third new signing during the January transfer window following the arrivals of Fernando Belluschi and Mirnes Sisic.

Panathi. 29.1 : Panathinaikos have completed the transfer Greek international defender Nikolaos Spyropoulos from Panionios for €2m. The 24-year has agreed a four-and-a-half-year contract with the Athens side. Spyropoulos has played 67 Greek League games since joining Panionios from Giannina in the summer of 2004.

AEK 29.1 : Sierra Leone striker Mohamed Kallon has joined AEK Athens on a six-month contract. The 28-year-old, who was a free agent, played for Lugano, Bologna, Genoa, Cagliari, Reggina and Vicenza and spent three years with Inter between 2001 and 2004. Kallon scored eleven league goals for Monaco during the 2004/05 season but fell out of favour and joined Al-Ittihad on loan in 2005/06.

Larisa 27.1 : Larissa have secured the services of Turkish international midfielder Tumer Metin on loan from Fenerbahce. The 33-year-old will spend the rest of the season at the Greek club after deciding to seek a fresh challenge outside Turkey. Tumer has made 36 Turkish league appearances since joining Fenerbahce in 2006.

Aris 17.1 : Former Brazil striker Marcio Amoroso has joined Aris for an undisclosed fee. Terms of the new deal were not disclosed. Amoroso, 33, who had his contract terminated by Brazilian club Gremio, was met by more than 5,000 Aris fans when he arrived at Thessaloniki's airport.

Panathi. 15.1 : Panathinaikos have secured the services of Portugal striker Helder Postiga on an initial six-month loan from Porto. The 25-year-old has been limited to just two starts and four substitute appearances in the Portuguese top-flight this season. Panathinaikos have an option to make Postiga's loan move permanent in the summer.

Olympia. 8.1 : Olympiakos have signed Argentinean international midfielder Fernando Belluschi on a four-and-a-half year contract. The Greek champions believe they have added real quality to their squad after paying River Plate €6.5m for the 24-year-old. Belluschi has scored 13 goals in 48 matches for River Plate. Greek media have reported Olympiakos are negotiating with another Argentine, Sergio Almiron who joined Juventus for €9m in June but has only played three times.
